The Colorado New Energy Improvement District (NEID), is a statewide special district authorized by C.R.S. 32-20-104 et. seq.
The NEID is a bipartisan board of industry leaders that governs the State of Colorado’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing program and makes programmatic changes to the program to better serve Coloradans.
This website contains information on the program, the District's Board, and board meetings. For information specific to the C-PACE program, please visit the C-PACE website.
The public is always welcome to provide feedback and make suggestions on how to improve the program. The Board Chair and Recording Secretary compile public input for board review on a bi-annual basis

For all requests under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), please contact the District Recording Secretary at eric.cowan@state.co.us. Please review the District’s cost policy, which applies to requests requiring more than one hour of staff time to complete. The Recording Secretary will notify the requester if the request will require longer than an hour to complete.
