The Colorado Energy Office, in partnership with the New Energy Improvement District the governing authority of the Colorado Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Finance Program.  Is pleased to announce that Jason Bonanno has been named the Executive Director of Market Development (EDMD) for the C-PACE Program in Colorado. The EDMD represents a critical step towards ensuring the Colorado CPACE program remains a national leader and addresses key recommendations in the 2023 performance audit of the program. 

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Colorado New Energy Improvement District will hold a meeting on Monday, March 3, 2025 at the hour of 12:00 p.m. (Mountain) to conduct such business as may come before the Board. This meeting is open to the public.

The NEID is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Market Development of the Colorado C-PACE program. This will include developing new C-PACE market opportunities around the state, cultivating existing relationships to grow project volumes, and developing a robust pipeline of projects to be financed through the program.
